
Glynn Turman is 2008 PrimeTime Emmy Award Winner, and the recipient of 3 NAACP Image Awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award for Theatre. At the tender age of twelve he started his career in the legendary Lorraine Hansberry’s landmark Broadway production of “A Raisin in the Sun” with Sidney Poitier and Ruby Dee. This charmed beginning led him to pursue his dreams. He studied drama at the famed High School of the Performing Arts in New York. This proved to be the beginning of a long love affair with the critics. Glynn is also a Director and Producer and has had several leading roles in film and television. Glynn proves you can be a successful director, producer, father, husband, humanitarian, accomplished actor, camp director, writer & a cowboy.
